What the job actually looks like
The leads
Warm leads who've already watched our sales video or opted into our funnel. Wall Street Vision runs a swing trading program built around a systematic approach to trading, and we're hiring a setter to help us speak with more of the people who've already shown interest.
Your part
Get someone on the phone, run our qualification script, understand their situation, and figure out whether the next conversation makes sense. Book the people who are a fit onto Steven's calendar (and eventually another closer's). Steven handles the closing call.
The daily target
250+ dials a day using the power dialer inside the CRM. We track your dials, the conversations you have, and the appointments you set. You need to be comfortable doing that consistently and following the script, even on days when people aren't picking up.
You'll get our setter playbook, training materials, and onboarding, and you'll work directly with Steven, his founding partner, and our sales leadership.
Compensation
How the pay works
Commission-only. There's no base salary. You earn 7.5% of the cash collected from every deal you set.
On-target earnings are $7,500 to $10,000 a month, with plenty of room to grow beyond that as the business grows.
That's a target, not a guarantee. What you actually earn depends on the deals you set that close and the money we collect.

Who this is for
- You have worked in outbound phone sales and know how to turn a conversation into a qualified appointment.
- Experience setting for a trading, coaching, or high-ticket education company is a plus.
- You are based in the US and comfortable with consistent daily dialing.
- You are willing to follow a script and take feedback.
- Trading and financial background helps, but it is not required to apply.
Who this is not for
- You need a guaranteed base salary.
- You are looking for your first phone-sales job.
- You do not want to make high volumes of outbound calls.
- You cannot manage your daily activity without someone reminding you.
- You do not have reliable internet or a quiet place to work.
